Join certified children’s yoga instructor Lindsay Bayer for this monthly yoga class incorporating literacy and movement. Children and caregivers will engage their minds and bodies through books, games, and yoga promoting coordination, focus, and relaxation. Recommended for children 2-7, but we welcome caregivers with children of all ages. This month’s theme – FOOD!
Please bring 1 adult sized yoga mat/duo or OR you can rent a mat for $2. A new option is for participants is to bring along a blanket or stuffed animal for final relaxation time. Some kids relax a bit deeper during the last few minutes of class if they have familiar cozy items. These aren’t necessary to bring, but may be helpful!
